Another memorable match between these two was at Wrestlemania 20. John Cena had just stepped into the company at that time and was never involved in Wrestlemania match yet. So debuted at Mania 20 challenging The Big Show for United States Championship and that was first time in history when U.S title match was going to take place at the grandest stage of them all.

The Big Show did not let Cena even get up in most part of match and John got up, he tried to win the title by cheap means as he gripped his chain and decided to hit Big Show with that. The referee saw that , stole chain from Cena and went in ring corner to hand it to someone else sitting outside the ring. John took advantage of that and used brass knuckles to knockout The Giant and become the U.S Champion on his very first Wrestlemania.

John Cena did quite a few things at that day that no had ever done before . First of all, his entrance. Almost 50 men came out wearing his T-shirt who's height and body language was exactly like John Cena and stood in two lines and than Cena came out and reached the ring running in middle of both those rows. One moment that I love and remember the most in battles between John Cena and Big Shiow is triple threat match between Big Show , Cena and Edge at Wrestlemania 25 where John Cena shown his ultimate power by lifting up both The Big Show and Edge . That was almost a weight of (Big Show 441 + Edge 240) 681 pounds and John was just 241 pounds. WWE's Dvd OMG 50 (50 Shocking Moments in WWE History) also included this incident.


Backlash 2009
John Cena became The World Heavyweight Champion at Wrestlemania and than had to defend the title against The Rated R Superstar Edge at Backlash 2009 in a Last Man Standing Match. Because Edge thought that he didn't not have the right chance at Wrestlemnia 25.

Both went over the limit in this match where use of anything was legal. They used Steel Steps in every way possible and we also something that doesn't happen often. John Cena performed an FU (Attitude Adjustment) to Edge in the crowd. Than both continued their fight as they reach lobby and than stage.
And there appeared The Big Show who thought that he also deserved a title shot but wasn't given so he took his frustrations out on The World Champion.

The Big Show picked John Cena up and Choke Slammed him in the spot light with massive power and almost 6 feet of height. Spot Light just exploded with the bang.
